1 c. softened butter
2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
2 (16 oz) cans of whole corn
2 (16 oz) cans creamed corn
2 pkgs Jiffy Cornbread Mix
optional: 2 c grated cheddar cheese
Beat together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Sprinkle
with cheese and bake another 10-15 minutes.
In a crockpot! Cook with lid askew about 2 hours.
